Exterior plastic components:

Our coatings are designed to give moulded plastic components such as bumpers, the same appearance, colour and durability as the metal body of the vehicle.

Our range includes:

• Two-component solvent based polyurethane primers and finishes.
•  In Mould Coatings.
• Primers applied to thermosetting plastics during the moulding process.

Interior plastic components:

Our coatings have to give interior components, such as dashboards, moulded in a variety of plastics, a consistent colour and gloss, and even feel. Here the key requirements are resistance to the frequent handling by drivers and passengers. Good abrasion resistance is obvious, but the coatings also have to be resistant to sweat, grease and even sun cream! Our technicians work closely with automotive designers on the development of innovative finishes such as textured and soft feel coatings.

Our range includes:

• One-component solvent based and waterborne primers and finishes.
•  Two-component solvent based and waterborne primers.
•  Two-component solvent based and waterborne polyurethane primers and finishes.
•  Two-component solvent based and waterborne soft feel finishes.

Underbody components:

We supply coatings for use on cast and forged components such as steering arms, chassis, and engine blocks. Here the requirement is excellent corrosion protection.
